1. General Provisions
This Agreement governs the use of the PAX application distributed through Google Play and the associated account management services. The application and access to its functions are provided by the Provider identified below.

- PAX (com.pax.postureapp)

This Agreement applies to the Google Play version of PAX. Purchases in other stores may be subject to separate terms of the relevant seller. Users accept this Agreement through a separate action in the app after reading it. Creating an account is not a purchase and does not require a subscription.
2. Purpose and Right of Use
PAX is a tool for geometric analysis of images of body position, working with annotations and creating reports. It is not intended for diagnosing, treating or preventing disease and does not replace medical advice. Results depend on the source image and annotations; users should check their accuracy before relying on them.
The Provider grants users a non-exclusive right to install and use PAX on compatible devices, including for professional purposes, subject to the available features and this Agreement. Paid features remain available for the verified PRO access period.
Unauthorised distribution, circumvention of payment or access restrictions, interference with other accounts and disruption of the service are prohibited. Mandatory user rights and rights granted by third-party software licences remain unaffected.
3. Account, Data and Materials
A PAX account with a verified email address is required. PRO access is linked to the PAX account and may be used across devices. Verified PRO rights from other supported sources, including agreements with an educational provider, may also be recognised on the same account without a second purchase.
Users are responsible for keeping login codes secure. Optional profile information is provided voluntarily. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; any separately requested consent to personal data processing is given independently. Acceptance of this Agreement does not replace separate consent.
Photographs used for analysis, information about the people analysed, annotations, calculations, notes and reports remain on the device and are not sent to the Provider. The account and subscription do not provide backup storage or recovery of these materials on another device. Images voluntarily uploaded to the user's server-side profile are an exception.
Rights to user materials remain with their respective owners. Users are responsible for having a lawful basis to use images and information about other people.
Users can delete their account in the app or through the account deletion page. They may also write to legal@pax-app.pro. Users must delete local materials and exported copies themselves.
4. PRO and Payment
PRO provides paid features. The included functionality, limits, price, billing period, automatic renewal and any trial or introductory offer are displayed before purchase confirmation in the app and Google Play. The free features do not require a subscription.
Subscriptions in the Google Play version of PAX are purchased through Google Play's billing system. The final price, currency, applicable taxes and recurring billing period are displayed by Google Play before the user confirms payment. Automatically renewing subscriptions are charged for future periods until renewal is cancelled.
PRO access is granted once the store confirms the purchase and the server verifies it. If payment succeeds but access is missing, users can contact support@pax-app.pro with their PAX account email and order identifier, without sharing payment credentials.
Free features remain available after PRO expires. PRO rights provided under a separate agreement or through another supported store are also subject to the relevant source's terms and do not require a second payment while those rights remain valid.
5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
Users can manage their Google Play subscription and turn off automatic renewal in the Google Play subscriptions centre, using the Google account that made the purchase. Ordinarily, cancelling renewal allows access until the end of the paid billing period, unless applicable rules or law provide otherwise.
Deleting PAX or the PAX account does not, by itself, cancel a Google Play subscription or stop future charges. Users must cancel the subscription separately in Google Play. An active subscription does not prevent deletion of the PAX account.
Refunds are considered under the Google Play refund policy and the user's mandatory statutory rights. Stopping future charges does not automatically refund the current billing period. Questions about missing access or refunds may be sent to legal@pax-app.pro.
6. Service Operation and Liability
The Provider may release updates and perform maintenance. Changes to the application do not remove the obligation to deliver paid access according to the purchase terms and applicable law.
Access may be restricted to the necessary extent after a confirmed breach of this Agreement, a security threat or on other lawful grounds. Where possible, the user is told the reason and may request a review.
If a paid service is discontinued, the Provider will notify users and address any paid but undelivered access according to applicable law.
This Agreement does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be limited or override mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this Agreement restricts lawful remedies for a digital service that does not conform to its stated terms.
7. Requests and Changes to the Terms
Questions about PAX, PRO access and this Agreement may be sent to legal@pax-app.pro. Users retain mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of their country of habitual residence, where applicable. Disputes are resolved under applicable law and jurisdiction rules.
This version takes effect on 16 October 2026 and applies after user acceptance. The Provider may publish updated terms with their effective dates and notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
A new version does not retroactively modify an already paid billing period or extinguish accrued lawful rights. Discontinuing use of PAX does not extinguish existing legal obligations.
