Consent to Personal Data Processing

User consent

By selecting a separate checkbox when registering with PAX, I voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data by the Controller identified below for the purposes and within the scope described in this document.

Purposes and data

This consent covers the processing of contact and account information, profile details, information about purchases and access rights, and technical data necessary for registration, authentication, operation of the application, provision of features, subscription verification, security and handling requests.

Data may be provided by the user, generated during the use of PAX or obtained from payment and other integrated services in connection with providing access. Additional profile information is optional.

Photographs used for analysis, annotations and reports are processed on the device and are not sent to the Controller, except for materials the user chooses to upload to their server-side profile.

Processing and recipients

I consent to the collection, recording, storage, updating, use, disclosure to the extent necessary, restriction and deletion of personal data, using automated or non-automated means.

For these purposes, infrastructure, communications and technical service providers may be involved, and information may be exchanged with Google Play and other services through which purchases or access rights are verified. Processing and disclosure are limited to the stated purposes. This consent does not cover the use of data for advertising or making it publicly available.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains effective until the purposes of processing have been fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis for processing applies. It can be withdrawn in whole or in part by contacting legal@pax-app.pro. Withdrawal does not affect processing undertaken before withdrawal and does not prevent processing based on another valid legal basis.

This consent is separate from the User Agreement and the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, which provides further information about data processing and user rights.
